Delivery & Returns

* We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 to the mainland UK within 5 working days. If you live in the UK outside the mainland, a delivery charge may apply. Please call us to enquire on 0203 637 8673 or email us at info@aquaticoltd.com Orders less than £100 will incur a delivery charge of £3.00 to the mainland UK and will be delivered within 5 working days.

Returns

If you no longer require an item or have changed your mind, you must give us written notice within 14 days by email from the date of delivery or pick-up. You must give details of the items to be returned, delivery details and valid proof of purchase. Once the return has been approved, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.  The returned item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and must be in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of items where the product and/or packaging has been damaged and is not in a resalable condition. We will not process or accept any returns after 28 days. If you wish for your items to be collected via a courier, the charge will be £50.00 for large items such as a sink and £25.00 for smaller items such as a tap. This cost covers collection from your address, delivery to our warehouse, administrative costs, inspection and re-packaging. This must be paid for prior to arranging the collection. Alternatively, you may return your unwanted items in person or by arranging your own delivery to our partner warehouse below. Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item please contact us by phone, email or via our Enquiry Form on our Contact Us page within 14 days from the date of delivery or pick-up. We will discuss with you any arrangements for the return of the purchased item and delivery of a new item which may incur a delivery charge. The item being exchanged must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and it must be in a resalable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We highly recommend you check the items that have been delivered to you for any damages. If you find any issue with the items after delivery, please contact us immediately. Please email us with photographic or video evidence of the damage to the items and any damage to the packaging. After assessment of the damage, where appropriate, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge and collection of the damaged items. If you find there is a fault with any of your items, please contact us immediately via email or phone with details of the fault or issue including any photographic or video evidence. After an assessment, where appropriate, we will repair or replace defective products. If items are assessed and deemed to be not faulty but damaged as a result of abuse, deliberate or accidental damage, improper maintenance, discolouration or corrosion damage caused by misuse of chemicals or corrosive agents or substances, we reserve the right to refuse repair or replacement of the items at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund in the timeframe advised, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted into your account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aquaticoltd.com
