FAQ

DO’s:

• Do use general washing up liquid, warm water and a soft sponge to clean the sink. Our Nano treated sinks require minimal effort to clean.
• Do keep the sink clean of grime, food waste and limescale deposits.
• Do dry the sink with a soft cloth or paper towel after cleaning.
• Do use a very soft bristle brush on difficult stains.

DON’Ts:

• Don’t use abrasive cleaners such as bleach and Viakal on your Nano treated sink. Also avoid cleaning products with chlorine and hydrochloric acid.
• Don’t use harsh scourers or wire wool as these will damage your sink.
• Don’t place hot pans directly from the hob or oven into the sink as this may leave
  marks on the sink.
• Don’t leave plastic washing up bowls standing in the sink for prolonged periods of
  time as these can cause localised abrasive water marks.
• Don’t spray cleaning products on the sink and leave for any length of time. Wipe
  away immediately.
• Don’t let the sink come into contact with paint stripper, drain un-blocker, silver
  cleaner and adhesives.
• Don’t leave substances such as citric fruits, vinegar and salts on the sink for long
  periods of time.
• Don’t leave any corrosive substances on the sink surface.
