The finish of our sinks (Nano coated or Brushed) comes with a 1 year guarantee under normal everyday domestic usage in accordance with the recommendations made in the Care & Maintenance guidelines, which can be found on this website. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by this guarantee.
Pop-up sink strainer wastes and the supplied plumbing kits are offered with a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects in the material or in the workmanship of the product under normal everyday domestic usage. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by this guarantee.
Aquatico sinks with a Nano coating have undergone an innovative Nano treatment process which gives them the benefit of being more resistant to scratches from everyday utensils such as cutlery, pots and pans. However, being more resistant to scratches does not in any way exempt them from ever scratching so customers may experience some marks over time through general usage and wear and tear which are excluded from our guarantee. Scratch marks will also form if sustained pressure is applied with a sharp object e.g. a sharp knife or a screwdriver.
Our Nano treated sinks have a lustrous satin smooth finish which not only gives them an elegant and luxurious look, but will help form a natural and more gradual patina over the years. A patina is a natural sheen that all stainless steel sinks will form over time. The patina helps to disguise minor marks and blemishes that may occur through general everyday usage. The patina will continually develop to subtly change the hue and appearance of the surface of the sink over the years. This is not a defect of the sink or the materials used and is excluded from our guarantee.
It is highly recommended that your Aquatico sink is not exposed to food items such vinegar, salt, lemon juice and other acidic substances for prolonged periods of time. Long-term exposure to such substances can stain and/ or damage any stainless steel sink and is excluded from our guarantee.
Our robust taps come with a 1 year guarantee. This will cover any manufacturing defect in the material or in the workmanship of the tap or any accompanying parts under normal everyday domestic usage. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by this guarantee.
Aquatico offers a 1 year guarantee for all its accessories against any manufacturing defect in the material or in the workmanship of the product under normal everyday domestic usage. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by this guarantee.
All guarantee’s start from the date of purchase. The guarantee will cover all components and parts which make the product operational. In the event of a claim the customer will be required to provide proof of purchase confirming the purchase date is within the guaranteed period. After assessment, where appropriate, Aquatico will repair or replace defective products at their discretion.
The guarantee is made on the understanding that the product has been used in a normal domestic environment and in accordance with the recommendations made in the Care & Maintenance guidelines. The guarantee excludes abuse, deliberate or accidental damage, improper maintenance, discolouration or corrosion damage caused by misuse of chemicals or corrosive agents or substances.
We will not be responsible for any third party costs including installation or transportation.
