Payment can be made online by credit or debit card. Once we have received your order we will debit your payment card for the full value of the order, including any applicable delivery charges, prior to despatch. All items on the order remain the property of Aquatico Ltd until they have been paid for in full. Trade customers may pay by bank transfer. We take care to ensure all the prices on our website are correct. However, errors may occur. We will endeavour to correct such errors as soon as physically possible and contact you if these affect your order in any way. Our retail prices are in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate. We reserve the right to change, add or remove any prices or promotions throughout the year at our discretion.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 to the mainland UK within 5 working days. If you live in the UK outside the mainland, a delivery charge may apply. Please call us to enquire on 0203 6378673 or email us at info@aquaticoltd.com
Orders less than £100 will incur a delivery charge of £3.00 to the mainland UK and will be delivered within 5 working days.We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries. We will advise on any extended delivery dates by email or telephone. We cannot give specific times for deliveries.
We aim to have sufficient stock of all items we advertise on our website. However, we will contact you via email if an item you have ordered is out of stock. Alternative items may be offered but you are under no obligation to accept them. You may request a refund for those items and for any delivery charges applied.
Any damaged or faulty goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Re-delivery and failed delivery costs may apply if a pre-arranged delivery date is missed by the customer. This would be advised of by email and will need to be agreed upon by the customer prior to a second delivery being made.
We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers/tradesmen until your goods have arrived and have been checked. We are not liable for any third party tradesmen costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.

Any multibuy or promotional pack discounts will be applied at the checkout. If any eligible items are removed from the basket or cancelled from the order, the discount applied will be adjusted accordingly. If an item from a multibuy or promotional pack is refunded, the discounted amount will be adjusted accordingly and will be reflected in the refund.

The finish of our sinks (Nano coated stainless steel or Brushed stainless steel) comes with a 1 year guarantee under normal everyday domestic usage in accordance with the recommendations made in the Care & Maintenance guidelines, which can be found on this website. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by this guarantee.
Pop-up sink strainer wastes and the supplied plumbing kits are offered with a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects in the material or in the workmanship of the product under normal everyday domestic usage. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by this guarantee.
